At least the sources of all jar files that are needed by an empty generated application should be bundled:

commons-beanutils-1.8.0-BETA.jar

The sources cannot automatically be assigned to the jar files that are in the WEB-INF/lib.

The apache commons source jars are copied into the server project's lib/developement directory
commons-beanutils-1.8.0-sources.jar
commons-collections-3.2.1-sources.jar
commons-logging-1.1.1-sources.jar
