Adding/Removing Menu to a MenuBar in a Frame packs the frame even if the frame has size. Reload is required to return the frame to its actual size on the canvas.

The problem is that the Frame is not the parent container for MenuBar.

Make the window to which menubar is set on the parent proxy of menubar.
