Bildunterschrift: Hans-Dirk Walter ist CEO der Canoo Engineering AG. Er ist Mitgründer und arbeitet bei Canoo seit 1999. Zuvor war er als stellvertretender Direktor und Leiter der Datenbankabteilung in einer grossen Schweizer Bank tätig. Das Diplom und das Doktorat in Informatik hat er an der Universität Karlsruhe in Deutschland abgelegt. Seit Januar 2007 ist er CEO von Canoo. He has a Master and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe. Before joining Canoo, he worked as Vice President and head of the Database Department of a major Swiss bank.
