Canoo offers the following support packages for its ULC products:

Premium Support

Premium Support entitles you to:

  • Guaranteed response to your support queries within 1 working day (per email only; Swiss office hours from 9am to 5pm CET).
  • Free access to Premium Support mailing list archive.
  • Free upgrades for the corresponding ULC product license within one year.

Please note the following restrictions on Premium Support:

  • Cannot be purchased retrospectively after a product release has been published. If you do not have Premium Support, or if your Premium Support has expired, please consider purchasing an Upgrade.
  • Valid for 12 months.

Enterprise Support

For customers that need immediate support and would like their development issues to be handled in privacy, we recommend purchasing Enterprise Support. Canoo offers a customized support agreement tailored to your specific requirements.

Support for Enterprise-level customers may encompass:

  • Guaranteed response to your support queries within 1 working day (per email or telephone during Swiss office hours from 9am to 5pm CET).
  • Early access to bug-fixes and additional functionality.
  • Privacy of support queries ensured (requests are not sent to other enterprise customers).
  • Free access to Premium Support mailing list archive.
  • Free upgrades for ULC product licenses within one year.

Please note the following restrictions on Enterprise Support:

  • Cannot be purchased retrospectively after a product release has been published. If you do not have Enterprise Support, or if your Enterprise Support has expired, please consider purchasing an Upgrade.

Community Support

Canoo offers free community-based support. Please note: We cannot guarantee response times or that specific incidents will be tracked. Priority will be given to customers that have purchased support. For customers that require guaranteed response times or immediate attention, we strongly recommend purchasing Premium Support or Enterprise Support.

Community Support offers:

  • Free support.
  • Free access to public mailing list archive.

Please note the following restrictions on Community Support:

  • There are no guaranteed response times for Community Support. If you require guaranteed response times, please consider purchasing Premium or Enterprise Support.
  • Upgrades are not included in Community Support.

Evaluation Support

During your first evaluation of UltraLightClient, Canoo offers a free trial of Premium Support for 30 days. Within these 30 days Canoo will respond to your support requests within 1 working day.

Register to activate Premium Support for your evaluation license, providing your company name and evaluation purpose.
